Answers are drawn only from the four documents this group publishes. Every answer names the section it came from and quotes the passage. If the documents do not cover your question, the assistant says so rather than guessing — and the question is recorded for the administrator.

How this works

It answers only from the documents. The SAOSO Standard, our Principles, Policies and Procedures, the Basic Production Principles and the certification landscape. Nothing else.
Every answer carries its passage. Tap a citation to read the exact words it came from, and look it up in the document yourself.
It refuses rather than guesses. A refusal is recorded for the administrator, so a gap in the documents becomes a question a person can answer.

The assistant is not a certifier. It explains what the documents say; it never decides whether a farm or a product is certified.
